Warranty Policy

All items come with a 6-month warranty beginning on the date of purchase.

Exclusions

The warranty is void if damage results from any of the following:

  • Liquid damage
  • Unlocking, rooting, or other software modifications
  • Repairs attempted by you or an unauthorised third party
  • Improper use of chargers, cables, or other accessories
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratched touchscreen, cosmetic damage)

Conditions

  • The phone’s IMEI number must match our records.
  • Only the phone should be sent back — do not include the original box or accessories.
  • The repaired or replacement phone will be returned to you sealed in a box with accessories.
